CREATOR PAYOUTS
How creator payouts work
Creators keep the majority of every paid sale. The platform take-rate funds hosting, payments, review tooling and the install pipeline that puts your listing on buyers’ canvases.

What you get
- Majority creator share on paid widgets, skills and styling packs
- Payouts through Stripe Connect or PayPal once thresholds clear
- Free listings remain free — no fee until a paid purchase happens
- Account overview shows views and net earnings so you can iterate
The take-rate model
VibeFuse monetizes the marketplace with a platform fee on paid transactions, not by gating the free desktop download. When a buyer pays for your widget, skill or styling pack, you receive the creator share and the platform retains its fee. That keeps the acquisition engine free while paying creators who ship useful tools.
Payout rails and thresholds
Connect Stripe Connect until charges and payouts show enabled, or use PayPal where available. Earnings accumulate in your creator wallet. Payouts release on the published schedule once you pass the minimum threshold. Affiliate commissions for creators who promote their own listings use the same wallet so you are not juggling multiple payment systems.
What moves net revenue
Price, reviews, screenshots and support response time matter more than the exact take-rate. A $9 widget with clear demos and weekly updates often out-earns a $49 listing with a vague description. Watch the seven-day views and earnings chart, retire dead listings, and double down on the SKUs buyers actually install.
When another path wins
If you need 100% of every dollar with no platform fee, sell direct from your own site and handle fraud, tax forms, installers and support alone. Large creator platforms may also offer advances or exclusivity deals VibeFuse does not. Choose the marketplace revenue share when you want install-native distribution next to a free Windows AI workspace — and when a simple Stripe or PayPal rail is enough.

What revenue share do creators get?
Creators keep the majority of each paid sale (commonly 80% seller / 20% platform on standard listings). Exact terms are shown at publish time in your seller dashboard.
When do payouts arrive?
After Stripe Connect or PayPal is enabled and you clear the minimum payout threshold, funds release on the marketplace payout schedule (typically net-15 style timing).
Are free installs charged a fee?
No. Free listings and free installs do not generate a platform fee. Fees apply only when a buyer completes a paid purchase.
Can I run affiliates on my listings?
Yes. Creator-aligned affiliates can promote listings with attribution; commissions pay into the same creator wallet as product revenue.
