- Subscribe to VocalFuse Pro and verify your product key in the desktop app.
- Select Note Taking on the pill (label: “Click for notes”).
- Click to start — status shows “Taking notes…” while you talk through the meeting.
- Click again to stop — VocalFuse builds an AI summary, uploads text to Account → Notes (if cloud notes enabled), and optionally emails via Gmail.
- Open Account → Notes to review the session panel.

Use VocalFuse Pro on your Windows desktop. Select Note Taking on the pill, click to start, and speak through the meeting — nothing joins Zoom, Teams, or Meet as a participant.
Does VocalFuse store meeting audio in the cloud?
No. Audio is transcribed on your PC. Pro uploads transcribed text and an AI summary to Account → Notes — raw audio is never sent for cloud transcription.
Which VocalFuse mode is best for AI meeting notes?
Note Taking syncs full sessions to Account → Notes with an AI summary. Continuous checks 60-second clips in the background but stays local — use it when you want local bullets without web sync.
Can I email AI meeting notes to my team?
Yes on Pro. Set “Email summaries to” in Account Settings (notes_email_to). After you stop Note Taking, VocalFuse can send the AI summary via Gmail. Cloud notes sync is a separate toggle.
Is VocalFuse good for legal or confidential meetings?
