How MCP works inside a vibe-coding harness

  1. Open Settings → Tools (or Local Servers for Skill Seekers / crawl).
  2. Connect a card. VibeFuse spawns the stdio or HTTP server and lists tools.
  3. Configure a chat provider in Settings → Agent so the model can plan tool calls.
  4. Say “Jarvis” or chat in Vibe Agent — MCP tools sit next to canvas tools like create_terminal and layout_widget.

Does VibeFuse support Model Context Protocol?

Yes. Settings → Tools hosts branded MCP cards (Google Workspace, Drive, GitHub, Copilot, Discord, Linear) plus custom stdio servers. Skill Seekers and Crawl4AI start from Settings → Local Servers.

Do I need a separate MCP host?

No. VibeFuse spawns stdio/HTTP servers, lists tools, and exposes them to Jarvis and Vibe Agent.

Which Google products work?

Workspace covers Gmail, Drive, Calendar, Docs, Sheets, Tasks, Slides, Meet, and Contacts. A second card is read-focused Drive. Both share one OAuth login.

Is MCP included in the free license?

Yes. The VF- key is complimentary. You still need your own GitHub PAT, Discord bot token, or Google account where a vendor requires it.
