Grab the installer from Downloads. First launch downloads the transcription model (~57 MB) into C:\VocalFuse\models\ if needed.

Watch the real Windows app: hold the pill to dictate locally, then switch to Pro note taking — transcripts and summaries stay yours.

Built for professionals who can't send voice to the cloud

Real-time dictation

Hold the pill in Transcribe mode for responsive local speech to text. Text injects into the focused field via clipboard — the overlay never steals focus.

Local transcription model

A ~57 MB model is downloaded once and stored on your PC. Fast, accurate dictation without a cloud speech API.

Note Taking mode (Pro)

Click to start, click to stop. VocalFuse transcribes meetings, calls, and videos locally, builds an AI summary, syncs text to Account → Notes, and can email it via Gmail.

Continuous mode (Pro)

Background listening checks 60-second clips for important moments. Bullets stay on your PC — Continuous does not sync to Account → Notes.

Privacy by architecture

Microphone audio never leaves your machine. License checks use HTTPS; voice data does not.

Developer-friendly

License verification API, architecture docs, and local AI guides for teams embedding Fuse intelligence.

VocalFuse FAQ

Does VocalFuse upload my voice?

No. Microphone audio is transcribed on your PC with a local model (~57 MB). Note Taking uploads text transcripts and AI summaries only — never raw audio.

How do I dictate into any app?

In Transcribe mode, hold the always-on-top pill, speak, and release. Text pastes at your cursor in Slack, Word, VS Code, email, or any focused window — no global hotkey required.

What is the difference between Basic and Pro?

Basic ($5/mo) is unlimited local hold-to-speak dictation, the pill widget, product key, and updates. Pro ($10/mo) adds Note Taking (click to start/stop with AI summaries), Continuous mode (60-second background clips), Account → Notes sync, and optional Gmail summary delivery.

Does VocalFuse join Zoom or Teams as a bot?

Never. VocalFuse listens through your microphone beside the conferencing app — no Otter-style bot, no cloud recording storage, ideal for legal and confidential calls.

Can I use VocalFuse offline?

Yes, after the ~57 MB transcription model downloads on first launch. Dictation and local transcription work offline; license checks and optional note sync need internet periodically.

Where do Pro notes appear?

Note Taking sessions sync to Account → Notes on fuseintelligence.org — each session shows an AI summary plus numbered transcript segments. Continuous mode stays local and does not fill Account → Notes.
