How does VocalFuse speech to text paste into apps?
In Transcribe mode, hold the always-on-top pill, speak, and release. Local transcription injects text at your cursor via clipboard — works in browsers, Slack, Word, VS Code, and any focused window.
Is VocalFuse speech to text private?
Yes. Audio transcribes on your PC with a local model (~57 MB). Nothing is sent to a cloud speech API for dictation. Pro note sync uploads text only.
Does speech to text work offline?
After the transcription model downloads on first launch, hold-to-speak dictation works offline. Internet is needed for license checks and optional Pro note sync.
How is this different from Windows Voice Typing (Win+H)?
